TAA Membership Types
Fellow Member
Membership as a Fellow Member shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Lifetime, Fellow Members, and Retired Fellow Members licensed in the State of Texas are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors. Annual dues: $120
Company Group Fellow Memberships - New This Year - Late fees will be applicable after March 31st
This membership is for companies to utilize to sign up their entire staff of audiologists as Fellow Members. Sign up to 5 staff members for a cost of $500, which is a $100 savings. You will also have the ability to add additional members if you have more than 5 audiologists at a cost of $115/each - Only one group membership allowed per company. In addition to the savings, hopefully this will also make it more convenient for businesses. Annual dues: $500
Lifetime Member
Membership as a Lifetime Member shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Lifetime and Fellow Members licensed in the State of Texas are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors.
Pay a one-time fee of $2500 and never be bothered with dues payments again! 12-month and 24-month payment plans are also available.
Associate Member
Membership as an Associate Member shall be open to all Audiology Assistants having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology assistant. Only Lifetime and Fellow/Retired Fellow Members licensed in the State of Texas are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors. Annual dues: $75
Retired Fellow Member
Membership as a Retired Member is open to all audiologists who are currently or previously licensed and no longer actively practicing. Annual dues: $50
Student Member
Membership as a Student Member shall be open to all graduate students majoring in audiology as verified by a university training program or postgraduate students working toward eligibility for a state license as verified by a licensed audiologist. Student members have no vote in the academy and are not eligible for election to the Board of Directors. Annual dues: $25
Patron of the Academy
Individuals who do not qualify as Fellow or Student Members may participate in the activities open to the public as Patrons of the Academy. Patrons of the Academy do not have voting privileges and are not eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. Annual dues: $150
