Field Representative: North Texas, Oklahoma, and West Texas
Position ideally based out of Dallas. This position is a traveling position.

Audiologist Required
      
Duties & Responsibilities:
      
        Seeking a dynamic, hard working field sales representative to market some of the most highly sophisticated technology available to the hearing impaired. Should have the drive to make an impact on territory sales in order to achieve and exceed the company guidelines and expectations. Must have the ability to focus and learn all aspects of the hearing industry that are necessary to successfully achieve company expectations and grow the business.
      
        . Sell, demonstrate, and promote Siemens programs and services to the marketplace.
        . Obtain new customer sales by promoting products/services.
        . Maintain existing customer sales.
        . Maintain customer records.
        . Achieve sales budget.
        . Handle client correspondence.
        . Maintain contact with dispensers/audiologists.
        . Provide technical assistance over phone.
        . Support and work with territory telephone account sup.
        . Extensive travel and personal sales and support visits to customer offices.
      
      
Position Requirements:
      
        . Audiologist background required
        . The ability and willingness to travel.
        . Candidates should have hearing aid industry experience
        . The individual should have the ability to manage a field territory and work independently.
        . Planning, organizing and controlling the daily activities of the territory are a key component of the position.
        . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
        . Possess good negotiating and business rationale
        . The individual should also have the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment and be prepared to develop and strategies.
        . Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
      
Education:
      
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position ideally requires that the individual possess a Master Degree in Audiology.

All Medical Personnel is currently recruiting for an Audiology/Vestibular Tech for a direct hire position in the San Antonio area.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8am – 6pm.
Salary will depend on experience.

Description of Audio/Vestibular Technician Duties & Skills for Otolaryngology Practice

This is skilled technical work in administering basic audiological testing to include pure tone air and bone conduction testing with and without masking, speech recognition threshold, and word recognition testing with and without masking. Perform tympanometry, OAE testing and prepare ear mold impressions. Administer/evaluate electronystagmography(ENG)/ videonystagmography (VNG) tests.

(Electronystagmography is the making and study of graphic recordings produced by movements of the eyeball.  Tests are used by the physician to define the origin of vertigo.  The technician evaluates the test results, relates the different tests and makes comments for the physician who does the final interpretation.)  Prepare and maintain diagnostic equipment.

If candidate has background in vestibular testing (in addition to audiological testing), he or she will be assigned primarily to Medical Center office.  If candidates experience is limited to audio-only he or she should expect some travel to satellites located in San Antonio area.  
Work takes place in the clinic setting with few stressful aspects, as uncooperative patients.

Audio/vestibular technician is a key support service within our practice.  It is critical that the candidate be responsible, dependable and has an excellent attendance record.

All Medical Personnel is currently recruiting for a Licensed Audiologist for a Part Time direct hire position in the San Antonio area.

Pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, VEMPs, OAEs.   ABR/ECOG experience would be ideal.  Audiologist would be involved in limited supervision of audiology technicians.

Weekly hours to include 16-24 hours per week, plus occasional Saturday morning 7:30- 12:30. 

Wage: $35 to $45 per hour.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm.

Salary will be a base+commission.  Base salary will depend on experience.

Job duties will include the sales of hearing instruments, supplies and assistive devices, patient care in relation to evaluating, troubleshooting, fitting and dispensing hearing instruments including most brands and types of devices. Management experience in running a department is preferred.
